Axles grinding and wheels churning, learn the skills of observation, planning and manoeuvring as you tackle steep inclines and slopes in a challenging 4x4 driving experience by Driving Dynamics.

This hands-on driving experience alongside Lee-Ann Liebenberg is performed on a course specially designed to test your vehicle, driving and concentration ability, in the company of an expert instructor.

If your passion for the outdoors leads you to areas where roads are unheard of and maps even less so, then this is the course for you.

• Should, for whatever reason the Successful Bidder not pay within three days, the second highest bidder will be the
  winner of the lot and will be liable for the payment of the lot within three days. This principle will be repetitive.

Q. I've won the auction! What happens next?
A. A representative of Kompolt will contact the winning bidder via email or phone to congratulate him or her as well as confirm the payment amount and payment instructions. Payment must be in U.S. funds and received within three (3) business days of the close of the auction.

Q. What are the accepted methods of payment?
A. We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, cashier's check and wire transfer. If paying by cashier’s check, please make payable to the “Kompolt” in US funds and ship via one of the following traceable sources: Federal Express, Airborne Express, DHL or UPS. Sorry, no personal checks.

1. Supplementary and superseding terms

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Supplementary Terms") supplement the remaining terms and conditions on the Kompolt/eBbay website in relation to the MasterCard "Priceless Moments™" auction. In the event of any conflict arising between these Supplementary Terms and any of the remaining terms, the Supplementary Terms shall prevail.
1.2 In these Supplementary Terms:

1.2.1 the term "Released Parties" means and refers individually and collectively to Kompolt (dba J-Kom, Inc.), eBay, Inc., MasterCard International Incorporated and New Art Creations (Proprietary) Limited (i) each of their respective sponsors, parent, subsidiary entities, affiliates, successors and assigns, and (iii) each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, partners, shareholders, representatives and members; and
1.2.2 the term "Bidder" means any person who makes an offer in respect of any of the MasterCard "Priceless Moments™" experiences made available for auction.
1.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary recorded in any of the remaining terms and to the fullest extent allowed by the laws of New York (United States of America) the Bidder acknowledges and agrees that:

1.3.1 each experience and related product auctioned in relation to the MasterCard "Priceless Moments™" auction is sold as is;
1.3.2 the Released Parties provide no warranty or representation whatsoever, whether express, implied or statutory including (without limitation) any representation or warranty as to the availability, value, experience, safety, completeness, integrity, dependability, accuracy, authenticity, condition or content of the "Priceless Moments™" auction and each experience auctioned;
1.3.3 the Released Parties shall not be liable to the Bidder for, and the Bidder hereby indemnifies the Released Parties against any and all liability, loss, cost and/or damages (including indirect, consequential loss and pure economic loss) that may be incurred by the Released Parties, the Bidder and any other third party associated with the Bidder as a result of a claim made against the Released Parties (whether at the instance of the Bidder, or the third-party) related to:

1.3.3.1 the Bidder's dissatisfaction with any "Priceless Moments™" experience;
1.3.3.2 any errors, omissions, non performance, negligence or intentional act of the Released Parties in respect of the "Priceless Moments™" auction or any particular experience;
1.3.3.3 any errors, omissions, non-performance, negligence or intentional act of any celebrity or persons associated with the celebrity comprising the, or part of the relevant "Priceless Moments™" experience;
1.3.3.4 infringement of any right, title or interest, whether the claim on action arises from delict or contract, related to the Bidder's preparation for, or participation in any "Priceless Moments™" experience; and
1.3.3.5 the Bidder's injury, illness, damage, loss, harm or death related to or arising out of the Bidder's preparation for, participation or appearance in any "Priceless Moments™" auction or experience;
1.3.3.6 any statement, act or omission (whether intentional or negligent) of the Bidder or persons associated with the Bidder during or resulting, directly or indirectly, from any "Priceless Moments™" experience or auction; and

1.3.4 the Bidder shall procure that any guest accompanying the Bidder in respect of any "Priceless Moments™" experience agrees to all acknowledgements and undertakings agreed to by the Bidder in respect of the applicable "Priceless Moments™" experience including any indemnities and undertakings in favour of the Released Parties, failing which such guest of the Bidder shall not be entitled to accompany the Bidder.
1.4 In no event shall MasterCard, nor any of its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, partners, shareholders, representatives and/or members be construed or held to have accepted any offer made by the Bidder in respect of any "Priceless Moments™" experience auctioned or paid for by the Bidder.
1.5 The Bidder shall be responsible for all costs in relation to the Bidder's accommodation, meals, travel cost and security and any other costs not expressly provided for by the Released Parties in respect of the applicable "Priceless Moments™ experience, unless otherwise advised in writing.
1.6 In the event that any term being found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such term will be severable from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.
1.7 Should the Released Parties (whether jointly or individually) be found to be liable to the Bidder by a court of competent jurisdiction, for any reason whatsoever, the Released Parties' total liability to the Bidder shall not exceed the total amount of the bid, or such other amount paid by the Bidder (which ever is the lesser) in respect of the applicable "Priceless Moments™" experience.
